I am about to share with you something very personal about me... I have a major issue with my weight..... Some you guys do not know how thin I use to be, I know I should I dwell in the Past but I am HUGE!!! And the SHIT HAS TO STOP!!! So I have made a promise to myself to take better care of myself. All I ask that you not judge me, don't feel sorry for me but learn from me....SO HERE GOES NOTHING!!!
I'm so proud of you mama! It takes alot of courage to put yourself out there like that and be vulnerable. My advice to you is to just stay motivated and take one day at a time. If you need anything or any advice I'm here! Love ya!! <3<3

No one ever really knew that my weight bothered me also but it does..I have held this feeling in long enough.. You have gave me the courage to face my weight problem head on..
